DOUG FIELDS Purpose Driven Youth Ministry Director Doug Fields has been in youth ministry since 1979 and is currently a teaching pastor and the pastor of Life Development (Children, Students and College) at Saddleback Church. He's the author of more than 40 books, including the best-selling Purpose Driven Youth Ministry and Your First Two Years in Youth Ministry. Doug is the founder of Simply Youth Ministry, (SYM) a ministry dedicated to serving youth pastors. SYM grew out of Doug's desire to connect youth workers while providing them with resources that will help them in the trenches. His hope is that the values and principles of PDYM and it's community of youth workers is yet another vehicle for making this happen.  JANA SARTI PDYM Director of Events Jana is a long-term veteran of ministry at Saddleback Church. She's been a part of every PDYM Conference since the very beginning and has worked on the CRAVE team.  Jana currently works as part of the Intern Ministry team at Saddleback Church. She leads the team with a lot of history to pull from, and is a vicious task master of evil. [janas@saddleback.net]
	NEELY MCQUEEN PDYM Community Neely's job with Purpose Driven Youth Ministry is to help youth workers connect with other youth workers in their area. Doing ministry is hard enough; doing it alone is nearly impossible. PDYM community groups provide a safe place to connect with others doing like-minded ministry. Unfortunately, she doesn't work here with the rest of us - her husband stole her away to the great state of Washington. 	JASON POGUE PDYM Manager Jason's role here at PDYM is to be the octane behind our goals and projects.[that's 91 octane by the way - not the cheap stuff]  He is a youth ministry volunteer veteran of more than 12 years and has been actively involved in our student ministries here at Saddleback Church for the majority of that time.  Jason was born and raised in SoCal and fears that someday his four-figure salary will force his family to move away. For now, we are thankful he is here.  On a side note, he is what most consider a better-looking, less-nerdy, and slimmed-down version of his predecessor Josh Griffin. [jpogue@saddleback.net]
