PDYM is headed to Florida!

Look out - PDYM is leaving the West Coast and putting Pastor Rick's frequent flyer miles to use! In just a few short weeks we'll launch the second of our PDYM Regional Conferences. Our first stop was in Dalls, TX and things went great.  But now we're headed to Beach United Methodist Church in Jacksonville, Florida on May 16th and 17th.

The first night of training will be dedicated to helping hurting kids through Life Hurts, God Heals, the 8-step biblically based recovery program for hurting students, taught by author and youth worker, Megan Hutchinson.  The following day will be Doug Fields teaching Purpose Driven Youth Ministry.

Online registration for this event is now closed, however walk-in registration will be available one hour prior to the start of each days event.  Rates are as follows:

Life Hurts God Heals (LHGH): All students are hurting – just too varying degrees - for where you have students, you have pain.  LHGH started at Saddleback Church as a result of seeing the unmet needs of hurting students and now, they have a safe place to show up that equips them with lifelong tools to deal with the inevitable pain life brings. Is your ministry effectively helping students with their unresolved hurts, habits and/or hang-ups?  If not, make the decision to quit ignoring "those kids" and attend this seminar!
