Airport Information

The ideal choice is JOHN WAYNE / SANTA ANA Airport (airport code = SNA).  It’s a short drive from SNA to Saddleback Church, and because Disneyland is nearby, it stays fairly competitive in price.  It will only take you 20-30 minutes from the SNA airport to Saddleback Church.

Other options are either LOS ANGELES International Airport (airport code = LAX) or ONTARIO International Airport (airport code = ONT).   Both of these airports are quite a bit further away, though typically cheaper because of the volume of traffic.

LAX is much more traffic intensive, both at the airport and on the freeways to the church.  If using LAX, plan on a 1-2 hour commute to Saddleback Church, depending on your arrival time.  ONT is less traffic intensive both at the airport and on the freeways.  A 1 hour commute time is generally all it should take from ONT to Saddleback Church.
